It features low density, good heat resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Main common grades:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PP Homopolymer<\/strong>: High rigidity, good hardness, for general injection &amp; extrusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PP Random Copolymer<\/strong>: High transparency, used for food containers, transparent boxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PP Impact Copolymer<\/strong>: High toughness &amp; impact resistance, for auto parts, household appliances, cold-resistant products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q2: What is MFR, and why is it important?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A<\/strong>:MFR (Melt Flow Rate) reflects the fluidity of PP melt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Low MFR: For extrusion, pipe, sheet, fiber.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High MFR: For high-speed injection molding, thin-wall products.Stable MFR ensures consistent production efficiency and finished product quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q3: Is your PP resin food contact grade? Does it meet FDA \/ EU standards?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A<\/strong>:We supply <strong>food-grade virgin PP resin<\/strong> that complies with FDA, EU REACH, RoHS and food contact regulations.
